Education & Strategy
Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, Human Rights & ESG

  • We help entrepreneurs and creators increase their business value by providing efficient and accessible trademark and copyright education.
  • We also help socially conscious designers, businesses and organizations identify and manage cultural intellectual property in their marketing and business activities.
  •  We offer time-effective trainings for communities and entrepreneurs as part of our  belief in social responsibility, intellectual property, & human rights. A “socially responsible” approach to cultural trademarks and branding can play an important role in respectful cultural exchange. This is one way to embrace corporate social responsibility and implement the “social” in ESG.
  • Our multi-national team is here to help. Our head office is in Florida, U.S.A, but we have associates who have lived and worked on different continents.

Meet The Founder

Jan Osei-Tutu Headshot

Experience: I am an author, attorney and educator. I am a Canadian trained attorney, licensed in New York, USA and Ontario, Canada.  I practiced law for several years and have been teaching law (trademarks, fashion, IP/human rights)  for over a decade.

Personal Background: I am a Ghanaian/Canadian/American, who has lived in North America, Europe, and Africa. I studied abroad in Mexico and I have had legal  experiences in Canada, Tanzania, and Ghana. Keeping it simple: Culture can get complicated. And so can intellectual property. But it doesn’t have to be.

Our approach: innovative.

Our experience: multicultural.

Our perspective: global & comparative.
