December always asks me to pause.

To reflect on the year, the lessons, and the purpose behind the work. I’m grateful for the journey Jot Kulture continues to take me on. One which is rooted in culture, education, and the responsibility we carry when we tell our stories.

I’m thankful for the conversations that stretched us, the moments that affirmed why this work matters, and the community that continues to show up with curiosity, respect, and intention. Culture is not content for me, it’s commitment. It’s legacy. It’s choosing to do the work thoughtfully, even when it’s uncomfortable or unseen.

As the year comes to a close, I move forward with gratitude for growth, for alignment, and for the opportunity to contribute to something bigger than myself.
