Jan Osei-Tutu, J.D., LL.M
I founded JotKulture because I believe in building bridges and making intellectual property (IP) easy and accessible to busy entrepreneurs and to communities.
We write about IP, culture and cultural appropriation because it is confusing – and maybe even frustrating – for many business owners. But this is exactly why it is worth discussing. For companies who embrace social responsibility, a thoughtful approach to cultural trademarks and branding can play an important role in respectful cultural exchange.
Ms. Sucharita Ghosh, LL.B, LL.M.
